DEKRA Rail is the DEKRA European rail unit in Europe. It is located in Holland and has over 100 years of experience. DEKRA Rail provides assistance to railways in various fields such as measurements, static and dynamic tests, organizing and ensuring process safety and economy, thus contributing to improving performance and total economy.
Our collaboration allows MAGAL to provide those same services in Israel under the professional auspices of DEKRA Rail. The company is accredited by all the European regulations and standards.

Safety and technical validation of the integration of brake accelerators in freight trains, to ensure the system is working reliably under varying loads.
The test examines the braking behavior of the train by a combination of computer models and field testing, emphasizing the worst-case scenarios and a combination of different cars.
The process ensures that shortening brake response time does not affect train stability and complies with the stringent safety standards (RAMS) required for receiving official certification for commercial use.
